WRESTLING represents one of the oldest forms of combat. It is a type of combat sport involving grappling type technique such as Clinch Fighting, Throws and Takedowns, Joint Locks, Pins and other grappling holds. This programme improves your Strength, Agility, Stamina and over all fitness.
WARRIOR FIT This program is mainly focussed on reducing your body fat and giving you the body that you always wanted. This program includes high intensity cardio & conditioning training which tones your muscle and gives you a fit body and improves your overall fitness level, strength, stamina & keeps you energetic throughout the day.
LITTLE WARRIORS is a light contact class where kids will learn the techniques and do pad training and improve their basic fitness and become better fighters. Our instructors specialize in kids program and train them around the principles of Safety, Fun, Fitness, Discipline and Respect. Kids in this program will be taught the basic of kick boxing along with all the protection gears. In this program we focus on building team spirit so that our students are not just good athletes but turn out to be excellent human beings as they grow up.
MUAY THAI is a combat sport of thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques along with the combined use of fists, elbows, knees & shins.
This class will introduce the very basics of the yoga practice, where movements are broken down individually. Students will learn the basic alignment of postures and the difficulty is geared to individuals that are new to yoga practice. Students will be instructed to move mindfully to increase the awareness of the body in each posture.
The Zumba dance fitness program starts with slow music and gradually increases intensity over time. This helps you to burn calories, enhance cardiovascular health, improve endurance and develop better coordination and balance.
